Royal Princes Transportation Group Co., Ltd. was established on 21st June 2005, according to Former Registration No. (366/2005-2006) dated (21.06.2005) and current Company Registration No. (111589623) under the authorities of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA). Now the company name has also changed to Royal Princes Co., Ltd., dated (3-11-2016), according to the same company registration number.
Royal Princes Co.,Ltd. has the objectives to improve and develop in our Nation (Republic of the Union of Myanmar) and intend to facilitate the implementation services like construction of dams, highway roads, airports, railways roads, etc.
Company administrating, managing and planning is performed by Managing Director, Major Soe Nyunt (Retired). The machineries and heavy vehicles maintenance and repairing including the spare parts and material purchasing are undertaken by director, Mr. Wai Lin Htay. Financial controlling is controlled by Director, Mr. Myat Thu Ya while the Administrative department is directed by Director, Daniel Soe Nyunt. Board of Director Member, Mrs. Moe Moe Nyunt is responsible for account auditing.
